I also believe that my experience from various other CWRP, HL2RP, and MilitaryRP servers could be used on RG to make the community better than what it is.[/color]  [color=#d3d3d3]What can you offer the server?: I can offer my experience as a staff member on various roleplaying servers, ranging in roles from Operator, to Co-owner. If so why?: N/A[/color]  [color=#d3d3d3]Previous server staff experience (include your job):  As listed above, I’ve been a Co-owner for a Half Life 2 RP server that has since shut down named Storm Gaming (Shutdown was 3 years ago). I was also an operator on another server I’ve forgotten the name of that I worked my way up to Super Admin before the server shut down around 2 years ago. I was temporary moderator on another Half Life 2 rp server before the owner began to steal money from the server (Shutdown unknown), to which my friend from the server and I created Storm Gaming. I have also been a Super Admin, Co-owner, Head Gamemaster, Senior Gamemaster, Moderator, Operator, Senior Moderator, Senior Admin, on multiple other Role Playing servers in the past. [/color]  [color=#d3d3d3]Recommendations (Can be from staff and community members): Nunez, Braytos, Clem[/color], Grizzly [color=#d3d3d3][✓] I understand and will obey the rules of the server and note that I am held at a higher degree of responsibility than other players if I am accepted. [/color]  [color=#990000]---------------------------------------------------------- Admin Questions ----------------------------------------------------------[/color]  [color=#d3d3d3]=14.6667pxA player gets onto the server not knowing what to do, during an event. He is repeatedly asking in OOC for a Trainer, and he is a relatively young child (Age: 9-10). Explain how you would handle the situation. (Min. 1 Paragraph): As an admin I would teleport to the player and tell him that we are currently in the middle of an event and that he will need to wait until the event is over to be trained. So that he doesn’t leave the server I would give him an assault rifle and allow him to participate in the event. When the event is over and we have finished debrief I will called either a DI or someone who is authorized to train the player to train them. If the event is longer than 3 hours I would train the player in faces and formations and all other things that entail with training. Then I would give him his kit including radio, ammo, and assault before sending him off with the other marines.[/color]  [color=#d3d3d3]=14.6667pxA player gets onto the server and runs out of the training room and is running around the ship, Keep in mind all the player is doing is refusing to be trained and running around the map. (Min 1 Paragraph): I would teleport the player back into the training room and give him a verbal warning, telling him to stop running from the trainer and do his training unless he wants to be warned or kicked from the server. If he persists in running around the ship I would teleport him back to the training room and give him a warning for avoiding training. If he does it again I would kick him from the server for avoiding training after multiple warnings.[/color]  

Good app, you gave good detail and what you would do, In one part though this one “Dedicated minge”, and Waste Of A Server Slot” on multiple other Star Wars RP servers in the past." Kind of worries me with you being a staff i dont know if that is a joke or not, let me know. I don't know what to say, you say you have a decent amount of staff experience [color=#f39c12]("I have also been a Super Admin, Co-owner, Head Gamemaster, Senior Gamemaster, Moderator, Operator, Senior Moderator, Senior Admin, on multiple other Role Playing servers in the past.") [/color] This sort of worries me about adding you, it either means you don't show dedication to one particular server, or that they removed you due to lack of ability. This will be discussed. Please be patient as this is discussed.
